SMD Baltic was founded by a team of experienced electronics manufacturing specialists. We have a total of 125 employees that work in a high-tech production site with area of 3500m2. Each manufacturing process is controlled by trained and IPC-A-610 certified technicians. We have a total of three assembly lines with SPI and AOI machines (the reflow process takes place in convection ovens in nitrogen), two selective machines, PCB X-ray machine and washing machine, selective coating line, climatic chambers, test benches, warehouse X-Ray component counter, MRP system and equipment for cable assembly manufacturing. We work in telecommunications and data transmission industry, industrial automation, automotive, medicine, innovative smart devices, transport management and instrumentation industries. 85% of our production is exported to customers around the world.

Team
Our team consists of people who are passionate about the production of electronics. Our employees keep track of innovations related to electronics manufacturing, as well as regularly visit exhibitions in search of new solutions and opportunities. They regularly undergo training to expand their skills or acquire manufacturing standard certifications. Over the last years, we have organized a variety of events to strengthen the team spirit, as well as developed a motivation program to support our employees.
